Who We Are

The CEP is an innovative opportunity that offers young adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities a unique curriculum in a residential college setting.

This two year non-credit certificate program gives students the skills to transition toward independent living and the chance to experience college life.

The CEP is offered tuition free to students who have the New York OPWDD Medicaid Waiver and meet admissions requirements.
